This site was created for fun and to help start conversation about high school soccer in Florida.
I created mathematical formulas to help give a better picture of a team's
performance beyond just Win/Lost/Tie records. These formulas help differentiate
between winning or losing against a weak team and winning or losing against a
strong team. Thus, all wins, losses, and ties are not equal in this formula.
Formulas are used to rate teams on the following criteria: W-L-T, Goals For, Goals
Against, and opponents strength.
